How do i find out how much school district surtax i paid in 2022 I don't think I've ever been asked that before when doing my taxes

Iowa. I don't ever remember being asked this before and this year it's asking. No clue.

You can look on your property tax invoice for your house, as often that is paid with your property tax. Otherwise, if it is paid from your wages, it should be listed in box 19 on your W-2 form. It may help if you tell us what state and city you reside in.
