Unless you are a paid tax preparer you do not have PTIN (preparer tax identification number)
Turbo Tax will not have a PTIN, as these are only given to paid tax preparers.
I am registered tax preparer. I have my own PTIN number. How can I register my PTIN for TurboTax software
You CANNOT use the DIY TT program professionally ... it is NOT set up for use by paid tax pros. Paid tax pros who have a PTIN MUST use a professional tax program. This information is in the user agreement of the TT program.
You can not use the TT Online versions or the personal TT Desktop Software to prepare returns for clients. Intuit (the company that makes TurboTax) has three tax software product lines for paid preparers: ProSeries, Lacerte, and Intuit Tax Online. Here are links to their web sites.

For a new preparer just starting out, ProSeries Basic is probably the most suitable.
