How do I find my prior year tax liability?

A form is asking me what my tax liability from 2019 was. I have my W2 and 1040 from that year but I have no idea how to use them to calculate my tax liability, if I had any.

Where do I enter carryover expenses for business use from a prior year? On Form 8829 these are found in PtIV line 43 for 2023. Where are they deducted in TT 2024?
