I only e-filed the Fed & State returns ONCE -- is this FRAUD?
Or a mistake?
Anyone know what number at IRS to call for this?

Have you double checked your information?
Unfortunately your only option will be to paper file your return. I would also suggest you Complete IRS Form 14039, Identity Theft Affidavit and mail it along with your return.

Probably because this return is zero (0) due and (0) refund, the TT filing instructions only give the e-file instructions, NO mailing address for either the fed or state return.
I checked the SSN all over the returns, I could not find an issue.
If you call first thing in the morning is there a long wait usually?
Could this just be a mistake on the part of the IRS?
Catina,
Took only a short time to call IRS at 730am EST.
You're ABSOLUTELY right! I have to --

Should I fill out 14039 on paper or HERE online -- hIttps://apps.irs.gov/app/digital-mailroom/dmaf/f14039/
Is 14039 and better in the same envelope with the 1040. I can get them the fraud form quicker if I complete it online...
Someone DID file a fraudulent return, but IRS rejected that return and they want a mailed copy...
You will mail the form with your return.
