How do I file only my 2020 amended federal return and not my state return?

I filed only my 2020 federal return with turbotax online. How do I amend my federal return with turbotax online and not be forced to file a state return?

You should have a choice in the FILE tab to only efile the federal  and  ignore or "mail" the state then simply don't mail the state.
