You need to contact your employer who is required to provide you with a 2023 W-2

do not use your paystubs to complete the W-2 info.

if your employer won't provide a copy your options are to

a) get a w-2 transcript from the iRS - no state info or

b) get a copy for $126 from the Social Security Admin. The fee might be waived if you can convince them that the employer never sent you an original w-2 but in that case they may tell you to contact the iRS

TurboTax does not have your W-2.   W-2’s come from employers.  There is not a federal or national website that provides W-2’s.

 Some employers have payroll sites that will have your W-2. You might need to phone, drop in, email and/or snail mail an old employer to make sure they know where to send your W-2.
