How do I file by mail when i coul not print my completed return?

Please try this printing option:

Please log back in your TurboTax account and "add a state" to open the return back up (you are not really adding a state, just to open it back up), then select Tools on the left, Print Center and choose the print center, then select returns and choose to print just the tax return or to include all worksheets as well.

Also please be aware that the forms changed because of the tax law. Form 1040 is supposed to be two half pages, front and back, but when you print it out, both sides print on one page.

What was missing?  Did you have trouble with your printer or didn't you get all the forms?  The 1040 is only 1 page now.

Yes that is the NEW postcard size 1040.  Under the new tax laws, there are no more simple Form 1040EZ or 1040A's.  Everything goes on a little Form 1040 that has six extra "schedules" with it.  The new 1040 is 2 half pages but now print on 1 sheet with the Signature line in the Middle.
