@Knottpaul57 Did you have a question about the deposit of your stimulus check?
How do I change my direct deposit info
If you already e-filed and your return gets accepted, you can no longer change your direct deposit information. If the information you provided is for a closed or invalid account, the government will issue you a refund check via mail. However, if your return gets rejected you can update this information by opening your return and going back to the file section.
If your return hasn't already posted to the IRS's system, you can ask them to stop the direct deposit. You may call them toll-free at 1-800-829-1040, Monday - Friday, 7 a.m. - 7 p.m.

I would like to change by direct deposit information please
If you've already filed and your return has been accepted (or mailed), it's too late to change your bank account for direct deposit.
If you transferred your info from last year's return, TurboTax may prompt you to deposit your tax refund into the same account you used last year. You can easily edit the account info you wish to transfer your money into before you file.
Please click How do I change my transferred direct deposit information? to learn more.
I had a green dot card and now I have a different account how can I change it
The IRS will send your refund to the card that you put on your return. If the bank does not have that care in your name, it will send the money back to the IRS and the IRS will send you the money in a paper check to the address on your return.
You can make changes to your banking information at the IRS Get My Payment site, but it will be too late lto make changes for your 2020 refund if you have already filed.
The changes will be there for future payments.
If my account information changed since the 1st stimulus check was sent out. I haven't gotten anything no card no check. And I went on the IRS website and it says it's gonna try to deposit into the acct that isn't open.
The bank will send the money back to the IRS and then they will issue a paper check to the address they have on file.
I need to change my Bank information
