How do I change an error of birthdate on my federal form?

My taxes were rejected because I put the wrong number in my birthdate. How do I fix that? It won’t let me delete it.

You need to go to My Info in order to edit a date of birth. Click the name of the person whose DOB was entered incorrectly and go to the screen to change the date of birth. Make sure the Social Security number is correct.
