How do I amend a return. Turbo tax says there is an option on the web and guidance but led to no where.

Plus when I tried to fix it my refund amount went lower. Was getting 1285 back then was rejected then tried and told I had to have the fee taking out again. That makes no sense I have email proof

Amendments won't open up until 3/25/2021 per the IRS forms availability table for TurboTax individual (personal) tax products. Once it does open up for amendments, please see the FAQ link posted below for assistance. There is no additional charge or fee to amend returns done with TurboTax:
