How do I add another W-2 before submitting?

I have two W-2 forms. How do I add both of them?

You have to enter all your W2s into the same tax return one at a time.   After you enter a W2 you can add another the same way, go to
Federal Taxes Tab
Wages & Income
Wages and Salaries- Click the Start or Update button

If you see a W2 Summary, at the bottom is a blue Add another W2 button

Then if you are married you should have 2 buttons...Add w-2 for (taxpayer name) and Add w-2 for (spouse name).   Click on the correct button to add a W-2.

To add additional W-2s, please follow the steps outlined in this helpful article:

If you haven't already filed your return:

1. Open or continue your return.
2. Navigate to the W-2 section:
   • TurboTax Online/Mobile: Go to the Job (W-2) screen under Wages & Income and select Add/Edit.
   • TurboTax Desktop: Navigate to the W-2 section:
     • Go to Federal Taxes.
     • Go to Wages & Income. 
     • Under Wages and Salaries, select Start or Update next to Wages and Salaries.
3. Follow the onscreen instructions to add another W-2.

If you already e-filed, you'll have to wait until your return is either accepted or rejected.

• If your return is rejected, you can add the W-2 as previously described before resubmitting or paper...
