How come I do not have the option to carry over my refund to 2025 both federal and AZ state?

How would you like to receive your federal refund? Where can I roll over my refund to 2025?

To add, change or delete a current year federal tax refund to next year's taxes before you file your tax return -

Click on Federal Taxes (Personal using Home and Business)
Click on Other Tax Situations
Under Additional Tax Payments
On Apply Refund to Next Year, click on the start or update button

Or enter apply federal refund to next year in the Search box located in the upper right of the program screen. Click on Jump to apply federal refund to next year

The amount applied to next years taxes will be shown on Form 1040 Line 36

Yes, this is not how Turbo tax has been in the past.  Usually the program ask you this question at the end of program.  To save others, from the same trouble, there needs to be additional section at the end of program that allows for those choices.  Also the section that ask for prepayment of taxes should be at the end or not so hidden.

Format has changed since 2023 which allows for more confusion.  Seems like Turbo Tax 2024 is harder to navigate then before which allows the company to make more money by making me buy Max for better understanding.  Did not happen!  I have beed a TaxAcT user for eight years and switch to Turbo Tax past year.   Seems to me that I may have made mistake.
