How can I transfer the funds on my prepaid card to a bank card?

You can log into your Turbo Tax Prepaid Card Account online and edit information, pay bills, transfer funds, etc.  To access this account, login or activate your card here:

TurboTax Visa Prepaid Card  Click on "Help" at the top and this will show you how to do transfers ect.

I agree.  Very upset.  I have to do ATM withdrawals until $20,000 plus is taken out?  This is wrong

I have found that PayPal treats turbo card as a fraudulent bank and shuts down your PayPal account.  Takes days to get back online. A nightmare. 

I suggest using the routing and bank acct number found under Account in turbo card to set up google pay and transfer your funds out of turbo card ASAP.  However bank transfers are slow.  2-3 days to verify bank and another 2-3 days to transfer.   I am using Chime.  Very easy to use

App is useless.  You can only transfer to other turbo card users.  You got to be kidding.

Use the routing and bank account number found in Account in the app. You can try the debit number but PayPal locks by account.  Puts in “Restricted Use” mode.  Use Chime instead.

Use Google Pay and Chime.  That’s how I am doing it.  It will take 6 days.

One final option is to use MoneyGram.  You will get one or 2 tries before they shut you down too.  You will “Your Profile is Closed”.  Trust and they will not open it.

MoneyGram is very easy.  Transfer from Turbo Debit Card number to another debit card number.   There is a fee.  But they will shut you down.

If I can remember I’m sure you can go inside of your bank and swipe it with the teller into your account.  Call your bank each of them are different. Hope this helps!!
