I was approved on Jan 30 but haven't received it

Federal and state refunds come from completely separate entities, There is no rule as to which one will come first or how much time there will be between their arrivals.

What issues are you having with tracking your state return? In reference to the comment left by @xmasbaby0, if you are having trouble with your state return you can contact your State Department of Revenue.
