How can I track my prepaid card from terbo tax that should be in the mail? They issued me a card number on my app/online but I have yet to receive the card it's self.

There is no way to track the card since they send it via USPS regular mail. It takes about 5-10 business days after ordering it, to receive it. If it’s been longer than that, please contact Turbo Prepaid Visa Card at (888) 285-4169 for assistance so that they can get you another sent out.

Is there a way I can track it online on my own?

They do not provide options to track it since they send it via regular USPS mail. You'd have to call them if it's been longer than the 5-10 business days and they will cancel it and send you a new one.

I cancelled my first one and reordered a second one on Feb.10th hopefully this one comes because my money should be on my card this week coming up. This is so crazy I didn't have this problem last year with the netspend card. I hope it comes or I won't be able to get my refund.
