How can I print a form 4868 in turbotax?

I'm using Turbotax premium

Complete the Form 4868 in TurboTax

Click on Federal Taxes (Personal using Home & Business)

Click on Other Tax Situations

Under Other Tax Forms

On File an extension, click on the start button

When complete click on Forms

In Forms mode click on the Form 4868 to open

Click on the Print button at the bottom of the page

Print and mail the Form 4868 to the IRS.

There is no print button at the bottom of the page in TurboTax Premier for the iMac

I did my friend’s return on her Mac.  Go up to the very top Apple bar under File and at the bottom is Print Active Form.   Hope this helps.
