How can I print a copy of my returns for review? I've paid for TT already for this year, but it won't let me print a copy of my return since I haven't filed yet?

I want to review the forms before I file. Surely there is a way to do this?

To access your current or prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the userID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/ 

Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and on the section Your tax returns & documents click on Show.  Click on the Year and Click on Download/print return (PDF) 

Or - 

When you sign onto your online account and land on the Tax Home web page, scroll down and click on Add a state.  

This will take you back in to the 2020 online tax return. 

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen.  Then click on Print Center.  Then click on Print, save or preview this year's return.  Choose the option Include government and TurboTax worksheets

Good in theory, but it's not working. When I try your first option, my 2020 draft return is not listed, so I can't select it and then print. It's simply not there.

For the second option, there is no "Add a State" option to click. 

Also, there is no "Tax Tools" on the left side of the online program screen, and thus also no
Print Center" to click on. The only things on the left side are Tax Home, Documents, File an Extension, Intuit Account, and Sign off. 

My perception is that TT's software has a lot of glitches this year. I have seen the entries you mentioned at times in the past, but they are not showing now. I"ve also printed draft copies before, but now that option is not given to me. I even have an electronic draft of my 2020 state return, but if I wanted to print out an updated one now, I can not due that.
