How can I pay to print out my forms? I don't have a US credit card.

The current methods available for payment are VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and pre-paid cards with a U.S. billing address.

If you e-file your federal return, then another payment option is to deduct your fees from your refund. (Charges may apply for this option.)
