Sorry, no. If you only have the tax data file, you need a copy of Turbotax for 2015 to open it. (If you saved a copy as a PDF, that will open in any PDF reader program.)
There are a couple companies on the web that will convert a data file into a PDF for a small fee, I can't recommend a specific one and can't vouch for their security, it's buyer beware.
If you still have the CD you can re-install it. If you had a download, you can see if the download is still in your account. There is no limit on the number of downloads but eventually the company stops supporting old versions.
