How can I get support from TurboTax Live to respond to IRS notice CP2000?

I used Turbo Tax Live Full Premier Service for my 2020 tax filing and just received a CP2000 notice from IRS contending I owe a lot more taxes. Need support from Turbo Tax to respond.

 Can't seem to deal with the automated system to upload copy of IRS Notice to get traction with a live agent and put this matter in the proper hands to manage it, decide where the responsibility lies, and how to cope.  In the balance is $10,057.  Help me out here!

I started with Tax Audit.  It closed the case suggesting I contact TurbeTax support.
