How can I get a status on my refund advance? Its been over 24 hours since the irs accepted my return and I set up an account for the card.

When you apply for and are approved a refund advance, you'll receive an email with a virtual Turbo® Visa® Debit Card that you can use to make purchases online. Please check your junk/spam folder if you do not see this in your inbox. You'll receive a physical card in the mail in 5-10 business days (this doesn't include Saturday, Sunday, and official holidays).
