Who used the wrong SSN? You? Or your employer on your W-2's? Or both of you? How did you figure out you were using the wrong one?
To follow up xmasbaby0's sensible questions, did you e-file in each of those years? If so, how, because the IRS would match your SSN to your name in the process of accepting your e-file.
Did your name and your SSN on your return match your SS card?
Or did you mail those returns and did the IRS write you a letter back, asking who you were?
