Seek local paid tax help or see if you can get the forms from the state to prepare by hand. Software for 2017 is no longer available from TurboTax. It is also years too late to receive a refund for a 2017 return. If you owe the state tax due, then you will also owe late filing penalties and interest on the amount due, so be expecting that.
