TurboTax does not support tax year 2011.  If you want to file the 2011 return for a tax refund, the time to file has expired.  The 2011 return had to be filed on or before April 15, 2015 for a tax refund.

You may be able to purchase the TurboTax prior year software from an online retailer, such as Amazon.  However, there is no guarantee that you will be able to download any program updates or the state software.

Some states have longer Statutes of Limitations for a refund than Federal does.
