To complete and file a 2023 tax return using TurboTax you would need to purchase, download and install on a personal computer one of the 2023 desktop editions from this website - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/past-years-products/

A 2023 tax return can only be printed and mailed, it cannot be e-filed using TurboTax.

You will have to amend the 2024 tax return that you filed so that it only has tax information entered for tax year 2024.

You can't change the year. You have to start your 2023 tax return over from scratch in the 2023 software. Separately, as DoninGA said, you have to file an amended return for 2024 to remove the 2023 information that you entered and include only 2024 information.

The tag below your question says that you are using TurboTax Free Edition. There is no free filing for past years.
