How can I amend child dependents on a return I was going to print but cannot get to an edit page?

I orginally did an efile and was rejected because my foster children do no yet have social security numbers. I then answered questions which made them ineligible. I have since learned they can sometimes be applied as deductions, but I need to file a paper return with the IRS. I cannot go into the page and edit their info to make them dependents. I also cannot clear the return and start over.

As long as you have not mailed your return in, you can make the changes in the program.
