How can I add direct deposit onto turbo tax? I have always gotten it by mail but now that a refund was lost in the mail I want to change to direct deposit for next year.

When you are in the FILE section you will be able to add direct deposit information for your 2021 refund. You cannot add banking information for a refund at any other time. The only time banking information is transmitted to the IRS from TurboTax is when you actually file your tax return. You cannot enter your banking information ahead of time. And you cannot change how you want to receive your refund after you file the return and it has been accepted.
