Hidden fees?

I used turbotax to do my federal and state taxes this year. If I look at all the things I was charged for it adds up to 200 dollars, but when I add up how much I should be getting back in taxes it would seem that 200 dollars went up to 280? Where did the 80 dollars come from? They have a note about “plus applicable taxes and fees” but no where does it say how much those are or how to find that out? This seems like a scam honestly.

I did it via my iOS browser. I had to get the deluxe in order to file my state taxes. But I’ve already done all this and it’s too late to change anything. Just wish information was clearer beforehand.
