As far as we have been told, refund processing did not start until this week even though some test returns were accepted early.  So the expectation is that most returns accepted so far will be paid within 21 days from yesterday.

I was accepted on the 13th and mine is still at the first bar.  The Santa Barbara group states my refund was received.  My son's was accepted on the 17th and his states he will get it by the 27th (where's my refund site).
