It just states that and it doesn't have the bars anymore is that normal

my refund estimated refund date was 2/23/19 but now saying wont be released until 2/27/19 but i have yet to see any thing change and no ddd has been made what is going on for real ?

i have the same issue and they have projected mine to first week of may. this is really weird

Yes, it's normal - or at least not unusual - for progress bars or other indicators to change during return processing. IRS selects returns based on content to correlate or verify information, which can delay fastest processing. As long as your return was accepted, no need to worry, and nothing you can or should try until at least 30 days after acceptance.
