Hey everyone, I am on the section How would you like to receive your federal refund and i do not see the refund advance option. What page should i see this on?

If you are using a TurboTax partner affiliate link to use the software, the Refund Advance will not be available.

If you select the 5 Day Early Refund Delivery, you will not see the Refund Advance option, but you can return to the refund selection page and find all the options listed.

Thanks for the reply. I am logging in straight from turbo tax intuit.com, I even signed in on the app as well to see if it will give me the option and nothing has changed

Have you checked to make sure you meet all the eligibility requirements?

If so, you can try these steps to resolve if you are using the online version:

• Clearing your Cache and Cookies
• Using a different browser
• Opening an Incognito Window
