I was doing my taxes for the first time on turbotax and for some reason my bank shows that they charged me $175. I am pretty sure that i would never file my taxes if i had to pay that much and im pretty sure i chose the basic free package. I just need to know if there is a way to request a refund with the 60 day guarantee.
You'll need to sign in or create an account to connect with an expert.
The Satisfaction Guaranteed Policy says that if you're not satisfied with your TurboTax software, you can return it within 60 days of purchase for a full refund. There is also TurboTax Accurate Calculation Guarantee, if you pay an IRS or state penalty or interest because of a TurboTax calculation error, we'll pay you the penalty and interest. In this case, I would suggest reaching out to TurboTax directly for assistance with requesting a refund for your case:
I dont see where you tell me how to submit a refund. Please confirm.
I talked to phone support and they told me to come to this help form to submit a refund.
