Help submitting a refund

I was doing my taxes for the first time on turbotax and for some reason my bank shows that they charged me $175. I am pretty sure that i would never file my taxes if i had to pay that much and im pretty sure i chose the basic free package. I just need to know if there is a way to request a refund with the 60 day guarantee.

    The Satisfaction Guaranteed Policy says that if you're not satisfied with your TurboTax software, you can return it within 60 days of purchase for a full refund. There is also TurboTax Accurate Calculation Guarantee, if you pay an IRS or state penalty or interest because of a TurboTax calculation error, we'll pay you the penalty and interest. In this case, I would suggest reaching out to TurboTax directly for assistance with requesting a refund for your case:

    I dont see where you tell me how to submit a refund. Please confirm.

    I talked to phone support and they told me to come to this help form to submit a refund.
