I being audit by the IRS 2016, 2017 using turbo tax, because the information that the software ask me I wrote it, ended up to be incorrect, I showed the receipts, and they state those are not good enough, Presently I represented by the audit tax protection.
Therefore I have to pay back for those mistake!, I trust the turbo tax as reliable source to file my income tax, but evidently no, Now I have to paid late fee, penalties, and interest, which is a lot of money. The IRS told me the 2018 file have the same mistake as the previous 2016, 2017, and need an amendment by May 22. Let me know how I can do it using the turbo tax. Please advise, I need to do the amendment in order not be audit again!

Any calculation errors on the part of TurboTax are covered under the Accurate Calculation Guarantee. TurboTax will pay any penalties and/or interest due to a calculation error but not any taxes owed. The Guarantee does not cover any user entry errors or omissions.
