Hello, my refund is showing on IRS a deposit on January 29th, although I paid for the 5 days early, I do not see it pending deposit in my account. What is the point?

Why pay the money to get 5 days early if it doesn't do anything at all? I don't understand the point of it and feel like I got ripped off.

Here is more information on the 5 Day Early option: 5 Days Early

Please note: If your federal refund is deposited into your selected bank account less than 5 days before the IRS refund settlement date (the date it would have arrived if sent from the IRS directly), then you will not pay the 5 Days Early fee.
