Am also having the exact same problem. Have restarted both computer and printer. Deleted and redownloaded Adobe reader. Have checked all of the drivers. No soap. Have been able on a limited basis to print as an image, but this is not a solution.

Many other folks are having this same problem. As a suggestion, before you recommend a general Troubleshooting Printing Issues link, you might want to investigate the guidance given there to see if it applies to the problem stated. In this case it doesn't. The problem is with the software not with the user in this case. So I recommend you refer this and similar problems using Adobe Reader DC to print stated by other customers to your software development team.
