I go to the WMR site and it says We can not provide any info about your refund. To call IRS and give Ref# 9001 what does this mean

i just called the original number back again and was told that 2 steps were needed to be taken on the account in order for it to go back into processing, she stated only one was completed and stamped and the verification dept is the only one who can correct it, so she transferred me back to verification and i am on hold now.

just got off the phone and she stated the process is now complete and it should go back into processing and to just check back, so i guess if it doesnt update this saturday into processing i will call again next tuesday

Update I just got off phone they reveried me but told me that first person did everything right and give it eight weeks I explained it hasn’t updated and guy told me if might not ughhh

Yeah. I was told my updates are usually fridays but he told me since i update on friday i can update any day of the week so mine is a guessing game. Mine went to a person because the irs system says my pin isnt right but if it wasnt right it wouldnt of gotten into thier system. So he told me everything was correct on my return... Income and everything was ok and he even asked about my pin and i gave it to him and its correct also so i have to wait he said i have to wait but he said it should be reviewed this week
