Has anyone received the message, ‘You are eligible for the payment. Once we have your payment date, we will update this page.” when they view the stimulus tracker? [Tax Year 2019]

I’m still waiting for the punchline!  lol. Dam you had me all excited like you figured it all out and we are getting our DD tonight.! Reg the message you read on Turbo Tax That’s just a generic message from Turbo Tax for anyone whom already efiled their 2019 tax return.  UNFORTUNATELY It has nothing to do with nothing. Bottom line is if YOU UPDATED YOUR DD INFO ON OR AROUND APRIL 15 VIA THE PORTAL YOU HAVE BEEN AUTOMATICALLY SENT TO IRS PORTAL HELL.

I entered my direct deposit information in the Get my payment tool on April 16,2020 and I have yet to receive a direct deposit date. I don't know whats going on and I feel so helpless. There is no one to call!!! I don't understand how some one haven't notice this problem. I don't know what else to do. I did email CNN I hope someone see the email and get to the bottom of what is going on.  How can they over look us

I have been having the same issues as most and have looked for answer 

I used turbo taxes and my federal refund is still being processed, I put my DD info in 4/15 and only received a message saying I am eligible and will be updated when i have a DD date.

Those services set up temporary accounts for some customers to receive tax refund payments from the IRS so they can deduct fees before passing the remainder along to the recipients. According to a ProPublica report, banks where those temporary accounts are located have been getting people's stimulus checks and returning them to the IRS, claiming they received them in error.

I used turbo tax and my stimulus page updated with the turbo tax account they set up to take fees from. I called turbotax and they said when the stimulus is deposited into that account they will move it to my account info they have on file, and they will not take their fees from that. I talked to them on 2 separate occasions to make sure nothing has changed so they are not rejecting. If you have your DD info on file with them they will deposit the stimulus money into that account. The problem is the IRS changed my status on 4/24 but still have not deposited my money. So it's all on them now. Has anyone one here gotten their stimulus deposited from the government into their turbotax temporary account yet? Did turbotax move it to the account info they have on file for you? I'm still waiting.

My refund was held up as well but turbo tax auto drafted their fees out of my bank account anyway not to mention I've been waiting since the 15th for a deposit date

I received that message also but the IRS site stated if you filed taxes and requested your to take payment out of taxes they can't direct deposit your money.  We will see
