Has anyone received the message, ‘You are eligible for the payment. Once we have your payment date, we will update this page.” when they view the stimulus tracker? [Tax Year 2019]

I updated our direct deposit info 2 weeks ago and have still not received a date and the gmp says "

You are eligible for the payment. Once we have your payment date, we will update this page." And it shows the last 4 digits of my bank account as the way they will pay us. I am getting really frustrated.

I updated my direct deposit info with the IRS on April 15th. Ever since the GMP has said the same thing " 

You are eligible for the payment. Once we have your payment date, we will update this page." And shows the last 4 of my bank account as the way they will pay us. Today is May 1 and we still have not received our payment. I do not understand what is going on. Can anyone give me answers please!

Has anyone  gotten an explanation like "child support took" we filed together this year recently married and he owes back support but they shouldn't have taken mine site says deposit 4/29 but it's not there

@Tinyterri @I am at work and end of my break so I can’t search the article, but I did see on IRS site and on an article that yes, if you are married filing jointly and one owes back support they will take it. If you do not owe support, you can file something to get part of your stimulus returned to you. Sorry I don’t have more time to get you the article.

Here's some hope to you all waiting. 

 From the day the get my payment app launched I received the payment status not available error message. I was finally able to get in and input my direct deposit information last Friday the 24th.  As of today the site still does not have a date for me and says we will let you know when we receive the date,  but I just checked my account and I received my stimulus deposit today.

@Hollielynn The reason yours says unable to determine eligibility is because they are still working on your tax refund. The IRS site says if your tax refund has not been processed yet, they will not start processing your stimulus until they finish your refund. Good luck getting it resolved quickly. Hopefully on Monday they will really start working on these issues.
