Thanks for the good vibes. Much appreciated. It's sad to say that I find a little comfort that others are going through the same thing. I am just so frustrated because I certainly met the Tuesday deadline over 2 Tuesdays ago...and still no date. Good vibes back to you too. 🙂

@Jjmajeika Im in the same boat. Updated bank info on the IRS portal on 04/15 and to this day have not gotten an update yet. I know people who put in their info after the 15th and they already got their money in their bank accounts

Today marks 15 days since I gave the IRS my direct deposit information so for us that entered our information on the 15th should have received a date over the weekend so theres something else holding us up I wouldn't expect a date this Saturday either I'm assuming we wont get any answers or money until the IRS goes back to work fully staffed. Turbotax should be monitoring these threads and trying to help us

I don't think it has anything to do with TT. I still get from IRS "when we get a date we'll let you know the date", which seems disingenuous. Like they don't know the date, right... That's BS, why? Because they have an algorithm that determines EVERYONE'S date, and can easily tell us the date. Now I am reading from some, even if they get a date, they don't get their money. Incredible!

I’ve been checking everyday since Trump signed the Stimulus package order. I did my tax with Turbo Tax. SMH they are the worst. Called them a few times, but of course NO ANSWER to my question. Still waiting and waiting........

I think it just takes time. I don't know what IRS sending order is but to me it seems like it is based on gross earnings. Forever I was getting the we have not determined if your eligible for stimulus to please update your direct  deposit. Now the other day someone we know received check in the mail and she makes maybe $10K year and I am married and make over $80K a year so I figured the stimulus will come sometime just have to wait till my ticket is drawn. As for getting to talk with anyone over this might as well forget it. I heard the IRS has no control over this and that 3rd party is taking care of the payments.

Recap: I did not use Turbo Tax, i used a different online service. I just found this thread because it's the only one where I've found people that have the same problem as me.

I updated my DD info 4/15, and I've been getting the "You are eligible/once we have payment date" message since then.  I filed 2018 and 2019 with DD info that was not transferred - my 2019 return has been accepted but not fully processed due to unfiled 2016. 

Frustration level: high.

I have had this message since 04/15.  As of today 05/01 I still have this message and no deposit.  Both my 2018 and 2019 were filed with direct deposit information.  It is quite frustrating that here we are over 30 days since the government said payments were going out and no payment.  There is no one to speak to in order to find out what is going on and the government is not being made to make this a priority.

I put my direct deposit information in on the 16th and when I go on the IRS portal mine say the exact same thing as yours about when they get a payment date they would deposit into my account and I haven't received anything yet or in the mail

I have checked my Stimulus everyday and it tells me wrong info I filed my taxes with turbo for the last 4 years so this year I did the Turbo Advance Card and had them take the fees out and did Advancement pay and I still haven't got my Stimulus yet

Anyway, I agree with your TRUMPY POO assertion. Although I now refer to him as "Mr. Disinfectant Injector". He completely owns this debacle and the months of utter failure by his Administration during this whole pandemic. Literally tens of thousands of lives lost over his incompetence.

I also used turbo tax and its not them. I think it is because everything is closed and IRS is working from home and doing the stimulus payments also.  I haven't gotten my refund yet either. Give them time I keep telling myself.

I also had the same happen to b. Nothing til about april 26th state my direct deposit will b in on April 30th and it was deposit on April 30th around 3am... so keep checking your "get my payment " info on irs website an it will let u kno a few days before they deposit ur money! I got that message and was expecting it

 Because why wouldn't I expect it right and it still never came the department of Treasury used it as an offset for a debt.. so yeah pretty f***** up
