Has anyone received the message, ‘You are eligible for the payment. Once we have your payment date, we will update this page.” when they view the stimulus tracker? [Tax Year 2019]

I feel even worse about this after reading the article. Because there are apparently some folks who entered their DD info. on the 15th and gotten paid, I had convinced myself that there wasn't a glitch, just an inexplicable process. But then the IRS releases a statement that everyone who entered their information before the 29th has been paid. And now they're doing a "last call" that everyone has to have their DD info in by May 13th or they'll get a check? Are you kidding me? You've had our information for going on 23 days. And by the way, we have zero special circumstances: filed taxes as we have for the last 27 years, owe no back child support, am not SSI or VA, etc. And we filed and received our refund for 2019 taxes via direct deposit back in February. I have no idea why we even had to enter our banking information anyway. The IRS managed to use it 3 months ago. And we didn't use Turbo Tax and have it put on any kind of a card. We filed for free and it was deposited directly to us.

It has been concluded that all those with 2019 taxes still processing are and will still wait. The IRS did not respond to CNN for a reason... Wake up guys & gals. The glitch is we didn’t do what they wanted us too..

@ddw21nmma Sorry, but that doesn't make any sense. First of all, lots of people with pending 2019 taxes have gotten stimulus. Secondly, lots in this group have already gotten their 2019 refund. Some owe the IRS, some don't. Some are non-filers, some use Turbotax, some haven't filed yet. Also, the point of this group is that most of us DID what the IRS asked. Your opinions this far mke no sense.

I checked my dad's today.  Something is definitely not right.  I have had the lovely message we all hate so much since I entered my DD info on 04/15.  Since 04/15 my dad who receives SSI has said "payment status not available".  Well today his has a deposit date and mine still has the same **bleep** message!  So frustrating!!!

@anthonym108 It’s not an opinion at this point. It’s the reality. Topic specific, if you’re tax return for 2019 is still processing, you have no stimulus. I’m sorry that the truth isn’t what you want to hear. I would rather it not be the case too. But, misleading people is exactly the same thing the IRS is doing to us. Figure it out. I will guarantee  you that we ALL will not get a solid answer until we all are able to call the IRS and then the message will be scripted. But.. “let’s hope it changes tomorrow”.. eye rolllllllllll

Ive already gotten my 2019 tax refund ... Its not pending ? And I still have not received my stimulus .... Don't owe child support ..  Or any of those other reasons ppl haven't gotten theirs ... 

So I don't think that's entirely true ...

@ddw21nd You obviously aren't listening. Majority of the Teenthers have already filed and received their 2019 taxes. We have been comparing amd discussing for days. If you don't like the message we are presenting, you are free to leave. We have put in the investigation and the comparing already.

What about the people that got 2019 refund taxes through DD, and still haven't gotten Stimulus?

How about the people that DID get a Stimulus DD Date, it has been more than a week, and they have yet to receive the deposit?

I can go on, but as you see, MANY indeed are having issues with the website and your "theory" doesn't have weight.

Same. My dad's and my mom in laws have been saying payment status not available, and they're both on disability. I checked theirs this afternoon for them and they both have a pending deposit. I've been waiting since the 20th and NOTHING.
