No still waiting irs says it wont be tell the 22nd or the 27th

Mine says this Your tax refund is scheduled to be sent to your bank by February 22, 2018.
If your refund is not credited to your account by February 27, 2018, check with your bank to see if it has been received. What does this mean? every year I get it on the date it says it will be sent to my bank at 2:30am will I get it on the 22nd this time too? I bank with a credit Union
