Has anyone else had SBTG say they don't have my information for this year but I can see lasts year info so I know I've entered info correctly?

I typically check SBTG website to know when they have taken the fees out for paying with refund so that I know when the rest is sent to my bank account, I can see last year's info but it says info is incorrect or they have none for 2024.

Doublecheck your actual Form 1040, Line 35a for the Federal refund amount.

It still has path act message on Where's my refund online. I have seen that it may be a different bank processing it since I chose the 5 day early option but no way to check status.
