Had to amend both state and federal return, cannot figure out how to file amended federal return. Does anyone know?

Amended returns must be printed, signed and filed by mail.

I clicked ammend but it only talked about state and i also couldnt find anything about my agi which is why im having to ammend

What about your AGI?  You only need the 2017 AGI to efile your original return.  If your efile Rejected you do not amend.  You can fix it and resend it.
