Had to add another W2 after already filing. Asked me if I wanted to select debit for state tax. Checked no. Do I owe state taxes or will it be taken out of my fed return?

The IRS and the state revenue agencies process payments separately, so you will need to pay any state taxes which are due, directly to the state.
