Got a notice from IRS saying WE ARE PROPOSING CHANGES TO YOUR 2017 FORM 1040 TAX RETURN. THE INFORMATION DOESN'T MATCH THE INFORMATION YOU REPORTED.

you can also go to irs website and get a transcript. it will show what you reported and what numbers the irs has.
