When I try to track my refund on the irs website, it says that they cannot provide any information. how do I find information on my refund?

When you enter your tax return amount, are you entering the whole dollar amount before any fees?

Then Make sure you are using the refund amount from your actual federal tax return and not the combined amount Turbo Tax showed you at the end.  That was for federal and state combined.
