Getting "no information available" when I check my refund status on irs website

I got an email notice from Turbo tax same day I e-filed (April 15) saying my return had been accepted. Was I supposed to get confirmation from the IRS directly, as well?

I am asking because today I tried to check on my refund status and the irs website responded with "no information available..."

Have I messed something up or are they just backlogged?

I double checked the info i entered and it is correct.

The IRS can research the status of your refund if it has been more than 21 days since your return was accepted and you still have not gotten your money. Call 1-800-829-1040. Be aware. The phone lines are backed up. The IRS opens at 7 a.m. local time in every time zone. The earlier you call, the better your chance of speaking with someone.
