I paid extra when I filled for taxes for turbo tax to take and represent me when the IRS says they need further information and so son. I checked the status of my refund and it says they need further information and I could possibly not get all of my refund. I recently changed addresses so the letter would be sent to my old address. I need help for what I paid for

TurboTax does not offer the service of representing you to the IRS under any circumstances. You can call 800-624-9066 to ask about free help understanding your letter and how to respond.
If you purchased audit defense, that service is offered by another company in the event of an audit and you are not being audited. The IRS is simply asking for information at this point. The person you speak to about your letter can direct you to that company if your conversation indicates you need to talk to them.
