If your return was accepted then the return of the family member who claimed her should be rejected.  The IRS will not accept two tax returns claiming the same dependent.   If that family member mailed a return claiming her then eventually you will both be contacted by a letter from the IRS and you can show that you are the one who can claim your child.

How Do You Report Suspected Tax Fraud Activity? | Internal Revenue Service (irs.gov)

If two of you claimed her, the IRS will investigate, and send each of you a letter asking for proof of depedency.  But keep in mind that this other person knows you daughter's SSN, so be on the lookout for Identity Theft, etc.
