Forms will not delete

Hi,

I am trying to amend my taxes since I saw some tax forms that did not apply to me after I submitted it.

Form 8606 and form 8995 were generated in the background by error even when I did not check those items to be applicable to me.

I tried to go to tax tools > forms > choose form to delete but it would not delete successfully.

Is this a bug? How do I correct it to amend my tax return?
